Aviation Headset X

newest aviation headset from Bose, this product comes at a price of US$995 and
is highly recommended amongst those in the industry. The headset features acoustic
noise cancelling, 40 hours of battery life from two AA batteries and a five year
warranty. It weighs in at only 340 grams and prospective buyers have the option
of a 30-day trial.

Cunningham Aircraft
Covers offer a variety of products for almost any aircraft. They manufacture insulated
prop and spinner covers, canvas canopies, nylon covers, wing and tail covers and
sunshields. Cunningham also offers the flexibility of custom designing a cover
for your aircraft. Prices are obviously aircraft specific, and contact details

Moller
Orthopedic-PRO
Not a gadget or toy as such, but definitely an
essential product for any pilot. The Moller Orthopedic-PRO helps pilots keep proper
posture while remaining comfortable, and increases respiratory capacity. The Orthopedic-PRO
can of course be used in the car, office or home, and is available from the Moller
website for US$119.97.
Logbook
Pro
A program designed to make record keeping much easier, Logbook
Pro is the digital logbook for your PC and PDA. The program keeps a variety of
information, including flight records, certificates and ratings, medicals and
flight reviews, to name a few. Logbook Pro is highly customisable to the needs
of the pilot, and can provide over 60 types of reports, including ones replicating
the Jeppesen traditional paper logbook. Logbook Pro must first be purchased before
purchasing the Palm OS or Pocket PC upgrades. Logbook Pro Standard Edition is
priced at US$69.95, Professional Edition at US$99.95, and Enterprise Edition at
$149.95. The PDA extensions cost a further US$29.95 for either operating system.
Citizen
Blue Angels Skyhawk
 The
precision flying team of the US Navy, the Blue Angels, have been honoured by Citizen
with this watch. The watch has memory for time in 30 cities (spanning 22 time
zones) and features Citizen's famous Eco-Drive, the light-powered battery. From
a full charge, the Skyhawk will run for 1,460 days, or four years. The biggest
advantage to pilots with this watch is the sliding bezel, which allows simple
calculations to be worked out simply from your wrist. The recommended retail price
of the Skyhawk is AU$1,200.
